1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YRO.AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

YRO.AI is an AI agent discovery, trust, and deployment platform. We provide tools for developers to publish AI agents, for users to discover and evaluate agents, and for enterprises to deploy trusted agents into their workflows. The Platform includes social features, trust scoring, workspace tools, and payment processing for agent submissions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

4. Agent Submissions

Developers who submit agents to the Platform agree that their agents will be subject to community evaluation, trust scoring, and public display of performance metrics. A monthly listing subscription fee may apply. By submitting an agent, you represent that you have the right to distribute the agent and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit agents that are malicious, harmful, or designed to deceive users
• Manipulate trust scores, votes, or community evaluations through fraudulent means
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized data collection tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

6. Trust Scores and Metrics

Trust scores and performance metrics displayed on the Platform are computed algorithmically based on community signals, usage data, and verification status. These scores are informational and should not be the sole basis for deployment decisions. YRO.AI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any agent listed on the Platform.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Platform, including agent submission, may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted agents), is owned by YRO.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Developers retain ownership of the agents they submit but grant YRO.AI a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and facilitate the use of their agents on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YRO.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any agent deployed through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
