- Payment Information: Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We receive transaction confirmations and billing metadata.
- Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing patterns through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Compute trust scores, performance metrics, and community rankings
- Process payments and agent submissions
- Send you notifications about activity on your agents or account
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
- Analyze usage patterns to improve Platform features and user experience
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Public Profile Data: Your username, bio, submitted agents, trust scores, and community activity are publicly visible on the Platform.
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party services that help us operate the Platform, including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Langfuse (observability).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Agent Data and Observability
When agents are deployed through the Platform, we may collect performance data including latency, success rates, token usage, and error rates. This data is used to compute public trust scores and performance metrics. Agent creators can view detailed analytics through the dashboard. Observability data is processed through Langfuse and is subject to their privacy practices.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication through Supabase, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Platform.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Agent performance data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely to maintain historical trust scores. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
